This folder (ACT-R 4.0) includes the following files and folders:ACT-R 4.0: the source code in Common Lisp.           
      This code should compile without problems under all                 
	  Common Lisp implementations and all platforms.Load ACT-R: the code compiled for MCL 4.2, ready to load.Manual: the manual in MS Word 98.  
	  NOT a tutorial.Patches: patches applied to ACT-R 4.0 since it was released.              
	  They are already integrated in the most recent version.              
	  Unless you have a good reason, e.g. you have limited              
	  bandwitdth to the ACT site or you have applied your              
	  own modifications to the code, it is best to download              
	  the most recent version of ACT-R rather than trying              
	  to apply the patches to an earlier version.Examples: basic examples illustrating the ACT-R 4.0 syntax.
