[ACT-R-announce] New version of the Mac ACT-R Environment

There is a new version of the Environment available for Macs with OS 9.x that 
includes an application which runs the Tcl/Tk side of the environment.  This 
means it is not necessary to install Tcl/Tk to run the environment, only that 
you have MCL.

I have also tested it with MCL 4.3.5 and did not encounter any problems (both 
in OS9 and in Classic mode under OS X) but if you have any difficulties with 
it please let me know.
